Want to Change? Identify One Thing

The hardest thing about change is identifying how to attack the problem that you need to address. In some ways we think the best way to address the problem is to think of many things we can possibly do to. Peter Bregman in “What’s Your One Big Theme?” lays out the thought that your best chance of success is to identify one theme to focus on.

What’s nice about a single theme is that it’s easy to implement, simple to remember, achievable and sustainable. It’s just one thing.
